    I bought this book for the title and thought it would be a good way to do yoga with my boy friend. And sure enough it was. We don’t know anything about yoga but tried some of the poses meant to improve certain sex positions shown in the back of the book and had fun to say the least. The instruction is clear, precise and detailed with lots of descriptive pictures. While I thought the book would be just a good gag, we actually learned much yoga. The instruction of how to blend yoga into bedroom experimentation helped me and my boyfriend find a new favorite position in bed we never thought possible. Which actually motivated me try the routines in the book, which I find more helpful in feeling sensual than I thought possible. Good for yoga beginners and up and those looking to get over their stiffness problems.
